Lot 42

Tax records indicate that rather modest buildings were constructed on this site. The highest value was $120 when it was owned by the German Lutheran Church in 1905. By 1910, the value dropped to $10, suggesting that all structures had been removed, and by 1925 it had increased to $100. Oral history suggests that Albert Egger moved a house from Monroefield to this lot about this time. This is probably the house that exists in 2007.
