Lot 46
Tax records indicate that Lot 46 was first platted about 1890 when Frederick Stalder built a structure ($150). The house value doubled to $300 in 1915, when the property was owned by Dorothy Landefeld Feiock, who was George Landefeld’s (Lot 14 and Lot 19) sister. At this time it was probably replaced or, more likely, renovated and/or added to.
